Sustain: Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the front desk were helpful. Convenient to Leesville and Fort Johnson. Improve: I had to change out my duvet cover as it was dirty when I arrived. The Streetlights are very bright...try to get a room out of the direct path of the lights if you need a dark room when you sleep. The curtains did not block all of the light coming in.

Checkin was slow and I had to get another key to get into room. The room was dated, had spackle on the walls but unpainted. Photos missing from wall with nails in wall. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling and several areas needed maintenance. Entire hotel and room had a funny smell. Temp control in our room would not adjust.

The lobby smelled bad. The room smelled horrible. The bed was hard with lumpy, worn-out pillows. The food that should have been hot was cold. When I said something about the smell, I was told they would let housekeeping know i was not happy. We were in town for a funeral and i got little to no sleep. I will never stay there again and i suggest no one else stay there either. This room cost $185.00 for one night.

The staff were amazing,but the carpets need to be cleaned, a lot of stains. The decor in my room was very cute, but there was a lot of dust, I'm not sure if it had been a while since they booked the room I was in or what but there was dust in cracks and on the plant decor. Very comfortable beds, just a little more attention to detail in the cleaning department.
