Nice hotel within walking distance of the market. View of the water and starting place for local tours.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was spacious, very well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a good selection of choices, and the staff were very nice. The only downsides were the shower and the gym. The water pressure was low, and the water temperature fluctuated quite a lot. The gym was very basic, essentially located in the hallway with carpeted flooring and poor air conditioning. The rooms were also located right next to the gym, which was not ideal.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice helpful friendly staff, good size heated pool, awesome ocean view, very very comfortable beds, clean rooms, and great restaurants nearby. Guests can use the laundry machines for free. Wickedly fast wifi and nice walking trail called secret garden. My only issue was the laundry dryer was very weak and restaurant price was very inflated.

We stayed here only one night because we had an early flight the next morning and it was close to the airport. Nice ocean view, but if your room is on a lower floor it won't look quite as nice as the photos. Walking distance to the market was a plus.

Mountain View room is actually a view of the car park & buildings then in the distance you can see the mountain if the weathers clear!!! Great location, convenience store & coffee shop almost inside hotel so brilliant not to have to go looking around for supplies when tired. Room was a lovely surprise…… so minimalist & clean.

4/10 Fair

I liked that there were 4 beds and a table in a separate room. I didn't like that an engineer came to make room cooler and proceeded to turn off the water heater. Then our room keys stopped working, not once but twice. Also, there were no face cloths and the beds didn't have nightstands. Staff also told us that the laundromat was open 24 hours but we got kicked out at midnight!

Easy check in. Just a bit confusing where to enter at first due to some works/ repairs going on in the main entrance of the hotel & the free parking is good. Over all it was a comfortable stay, close to main Jeju City, just few minutes walk.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, close to many eateries. There were no chairs, only thin cushions on a platform, which can be a safety hazard. Also luggage rack could be available as luggage had to be left on floor.

The ocean view from the room was beautiful and calming. Despite the rain, strong wind, and some hail on my stay, the scenery was still amazing.
