Good location. Close to entertainment shops restaurants pharmacies. Room abit old. I was on second floor aircon was loud like a 737 but at least was cold. Nice to have a fan too. Big beds comfortable. Bit pricy for 3 star

The experience was horrible. The hotel is in a weird location with lots of homeless. The outside is dirty. The room smelled so bad of bleach that my eyes were literally red and burning. The floor was so dirty and the walls were all chipped. You can hear everything in this room and the outside window had no view and random people were walking past in the alley. We didn’t even stay an hour here. We left.

It is a great location. Walking distance to south beach. It’s a little quirky place. Clean. The night front desk guy was sullen but the daytime front desk guy was super nice and helpful. This hotel is not for most ethnicities. It’s a Cuban area and hotel . They are not friendly to other races ! I was very uncomfortable. Staff was nice . They wouldn’t give me a receipt. The computer wasn’t printing and they said they would email it but I never received it . Don’t book if you’re not Cuban ! I almost left in the middle of the night because I didn’t feel comfortable.
