Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, plagued by an astonishing array of issues. the promised amenities were non-existent, with no Wi-Fi connection— lost a lot of my business .room 309, initially no electricity for over 40 minutes, TV service was completely non-functional. I nearly suffered serious injury from a broken bed. the bathroom mirror was broken and sharp, doors have broken locks, leaving us unable to secure our privacy. the booking is all-inclusive. The hotel attempted to charge us for water, tea, and coffee. the night shift receptionist was kind enough. no room phone connection to reception,the air conditioner operating without a filter, showers running cold after 7 PM. only one towel per room for three guests unless you order more. The beach is not sandy, was treacherous with sharp stones, rocks, broken glass, tiles, and even stray dogs. Dining was equally disappointing, and with a very low level,the restaurant staff were friendly. We have countless pictures documenting these myriad problems. Maybe the staff may have dislike for foreigners, especially those from the USA, someone advising us not to complain until after departure to avoid further issues. tried to cancel the second night booking, but more than 6 times, they never answered expedia calls or emails. summary, our stay was a continuous litany of severe shortcomings and safety hazards, making it unequivocally clear that this hotel is simply unfit for guests and a profound disappointment.
