The staff at the hotel was really service oriented. They were friendly and helpful going the extra mile to make sure we had enough pillows and a place to store our luggage after check out. Breakfast was one of the best during our entire Germany trip with a great selection of hot and cold food. The room was very spacious with great amenities.

The surrounding streets are not the best ofthe toen. The hotel was good with its save private parking space and nice employees. Our room was bigger than expected, beds were comfortable. Environment was silent. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious well resourced and clean. The shower did go hot and cold at times but ok. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent. The area around the area felt a bit unsafe with a lot of unsavoury characters and apparent drug users but we were not threatened. overall a great stay and good value

The rooms are nice, but getting luggage to them is tricky. There is only a small elevator and quite a few stairs. Breakfast was nice though. The surrounding area feels a little unsafe to travel with kids, but if you are ok with it the 20 minute walk to the Schnoor district is lovely.

There was no one at the desk on arrival. The room was small and very basic. The room was very hot and didn’t have air conditioning. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow provided was about as comfortable as a tea towel. The bathroom was very small and had the feel of a cross Chanel ferry. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Not value for money.

　まず、当ホテル及び運営会社は非白人宿泊者に対してあまりよい扱いは行っていなかった。 具体的には、 ａチェックインの際に宿泊カードの記載について不備を高圧的に指摘・指示した。 ｂ後述にもつながるけれど、中央部から最も離れたＷｉｆｉの繋がらない部屋をあてがった。 ｃ朝食の際に、欧米人客には挨拶のみだったにもかかわらず、５泊している私には毎回いきなり部屋番号を聞いてきた。 　Ｗｉｆｉに関しては、繋がらないことを訴え改善（機器の点検、部屋交換等）を懇願したけれど、全く聞き入れず問題ないと言い張り、使いたければロビーで使えと言った。ホテルに訴えても無駄だったので運営会社にＥメールを送ったけれど４日目に何か返事が来た。 　その時点で、部屋に来て確認してくれと言う何度目かの訴えに対して、確認はせず（繋がらないことは知っているからか？）ようやく部屋を交換した。よって、返信は何も意味がなかった。 　さらに、つながったＷｉｆｉも現在の標準からは非常に遅いＵＬ／ＤＬとも１０Ｍｂｐｓ以下だった。 　また、部屋の造作・設備は古く。デスク上に電源はなく下方壁の電源２箇所はテレビと冷蔵庫で塞がれ、そのほかはデスクから３メートル以上離れた壁面で、持ち込みデバイスの電源にはならない。 　このようなことから、特に日本人のＭｅｓｓｅ等業務関係旅行者には勧められない。
