So upon arrival, the room still was not avaliable 1/2 hr prior to check in time,16:00. Seemed as though the entire premises didnt open until 16:00. Breakfast may have been included but we were not greeted and advised where to seat ourselves. When staff approached us we were told we sat at the wrong table and no mention was made of ordering a hotmeal breakfast, leading us to believe it was cold cereals and toast. Then after sitting for 20mins eating toast and yogurt we were informed by same staff member that a hot "Scottish breakfast" was available. Service industry is simple, what the challenge is communication skills! The carpets definitely need changing!

Bar & dining areas refurb almost complete, totally amazing furnishings & decor. Staff are so friendly, they have such enthusiasm for their hotel, understandably so. Easy 10 min max walk into Pitlochry.
