The front desk staff were unbelievably kind and friendly—truly great people who made me feel right at home. The room was so clean and perfect that if I didn’t know any better, I’d think I was the first guest to ever stay in room #129! The location is super convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Good budget hotel
The hotel appears new or newly renovated. Bathroom, floors and other decor seems new. Relatively clean, some bugs on the ground in lobby, hallway and elevator, maybe brought in from outside. Important note...bring eye mask if you need darkness to sleep. Parking lot lit up light a runway and cheap wood slat blinds on windows let all kinds of light in

Decent property not so decent manager
Hotel is only a few months old. Did find a cockroach in the room on the 1st night. Manager was not the nicest person, not really helpful. Also last time they gave my reservation away before I arrived. For the money they charge hard to find something comparable.

Excellent stay!! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable employees. The Hotel is very well kept and I feel it was such a great stay due to all of the staff that made it happen every day and night. Hometown Studios is a beautiful and clean New Hotel. Our room was absolutely excellent. Great shower. My family and I stayed in a two queen bed room with a mid size fridge with separate freezer and a stove top. Made making in room meals easy. Allowed us to save money and eat great. I Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Stay
This hotel was honestly so nice. I wasn't expecting to be blown away, but for the price I definitely was. The room was very clean, from the bed to the bathroom. The shower was big and got nice and hot. Beyond the room being nice, the hotel was very quiet, I didnt hear anyone in the rooms around me. Front desk staff were very nice and when our key stopped working they were quick to fix it for us no questions asked! Close to lots of food options and only a 20 min drive to downtown Tampa. Would definitely stay here again, hands down.
