I did not like our card being charged twice in error when checking in or that turn down service didn't include any evening snack/treat. Amazing experience
Wow! What an incredible experience. The staff were extremely nice. Our rooms were cleaned 2-3 times a day! In room dining was delicious for breakfast and the All day menu (get the wings). It was easy to travel uphill to the Phoenician amenities and if you don’t want to walk the guys at valet we’re happy to drive us on the golf cart.

Absolutely loved our time spent here and although it is on the expensive side, alongside the service and attention to detail it makes it all worth it.
