However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. I had an incredible stay at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach. The Living Room club was a vibrant and stylish spot to unwind in the evenings, and the restaurants were equally impressive. The service throughout the hotel was truly five-star. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. I’d absolutely stay here again.
