Perfectly Located Hotel in Times Square
Here's a polished version of your review: Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall, thanks to its prime location in the Times Square theatre district. Being within walking distance to iconic Broadway performances, excellent dining options, and great shopping made our visit to the city that never sleeps even more memorable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, featuring convenient amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, as well as a very comfortable bed. There were also ample outlets for charging electronics, which was a nice touch for travelers. However, we found the front desk staff to be less welcoming and accommodating than expected. There was a notably long wait for our requested early check-in, which detracted from the experience slightly. A warmer, more personal touch from the staff would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. That said, this hotel offers great value and convenience, and we would consider staying here again when in the area.

Small room, no comfort
If you want to stay in a closet, this is your hotel. Yes it is close to Times Square but the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I STAY in hotels a lot. Bathroom was tiny. Couldn’t use toilet unless you shut the door. Had to walk sideways at bottom of bed just to get to other side. No room for empty suitcases. Just to open the refrigerator you had to move suitcases. My master closet at home is almost bigger than this room. As a Titanium Elite member I asked if all rooms are this small and they said yes

Perfect for what we needed.
Room was small but we knew that upfront. It worked for us as we planned on being out of the room for the most part. Great location, very clean, comfortable bed. Included breakfast looked good, although we did not partake. My only disappointment is that I was hoping for and requested a view that the photo shows for a corner King bed. That did not happen. Would stay here again.

Hotel is small and clean, excellent location -among theatres and 2 steps from Times Square. Staff is friendly, helpful. Simple but good breakfast is included. Rooms are clean, good, not tired, but tiny. I was with daughter-teenager, both slim:) Couldn't fit bathroom together:) But for 1-2 persons and short term it is great. We have 2 big queen beds, so probably it can be for 3-4 persons, especially with children. But you will not have enough room in standard room. In many bathrooms two-3 people can brush their hair or teeth -here not:) Only one person. Otherwise hotel is friendly, clean, positive. Location is ideal, a lot of great caffe and restaurants around -we loved French bakery (middle-high price) and Italian pizza place (low-middle price), both in 2 steps to the right when leaving hotel. Musical Hampton and some others -in front of hotel. We chose Wicked - 5 minutes to walk. Easy walk to Central park, stores of 5th avenue, etc.

We'd requested and had a room with 2 Queens ... the space is way too small for 2 Queens. 2 Doubles would allow for at least another chair and maybe even additional "flat" space for placing luggage at a reasonable height to sort through clothing ... (a luggage stand would suffice) ... there's such limited "hanging" or closet space and no drawers to store clothing such that one must use open luggage as storage for clothing. Otherwise, the fact that this was a fairly new property is a plus; although, the on-site Bar was not yet readied.

It was only a night and I took a corner room king , thinking I’d get a view. It was a view from of a brick wall with a club next door that was seemingly bumping it was loud but didn’t last too long. Shower door kept opening but like I said it was overnight so . It was good for a night , clean , quite small but nice. The breakfast next morning was Fantastic. Just know LOTS of people eating . Decent stay though.
