The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! Absolutely loved this hotel!

Such a treasure in Grindelwald. My wife and I loved this quaint hotel. Doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles like a 5 star resort (no pool, no ice machine, no fridge but they have a wonderful breakfast in the most beautiful setting & the room we stayed in (34) was perfect for us. The staff was so warm and helpful and we just loved the history and the fresh flowers adorning the outside of the hotel. We experienced ZERO issues and the hotel head would get us ice on request (Americans love their ice) ;)

Old world charm. Very good condition. Delicious breakfasts. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did visit at a time when the weather was much hotter than usual and there was no A/C. Which made for uncomfortable nights, but the whole town had the same problem. We would stay here again.
