Terrible communication (as in: none) regarding the security system registration and the use of the OMO Lavenderia application, which I'd recently had terrible luck with in Porto Alegre and only got working because of a friendly English-speaking resident that I met (BTW, the app is only in Portuguese, but the real problem is that it's terribly user-unfriendly). Another set of owners who think of the customer as nothing but a paycheck and do nothing that would make you feel like a valued guest.
