We enjoyed our weekend at CitizenM. Such a convenient hotel to shopping and Fenway and the bar and outside lounge area were so nice to come back to after a long day. Smart room controls are so much better than old thermostat you can’t understand and you don’t have to get up every time you want yo turn something on or off.

Amazing and unique hotel. The view, the room, the bed, the sheets all 5star for sure!! The iPad for the tv was not working but the battery operated remote for the tv was in the bed drawer and it worked well. The gym was perfect, loved everything that it had. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip. It is so perfect in location to the MGM Music Hall which is what we came for and will again.

The room was clean. A little small for my liking but it was fine. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved how the blinds made the room really dark. The staff were helpful when needed although I didn’t need them much, thankfully! The gym is good enough for what I needed it to be. But would struggle if there was 3+ people in there at the same time. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
