We had issues from the beginning until the end with this property. The positive thing was that it was so easy to literally hop on the slopes. However it wasn’t enough for me to rent again. The house wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived, and smelled so gross like wet dirty carpet. The towels were thrown in the cabinet and appeared used. The linens All smelled dirty, like dirty hair. The floor wasn’t vacuumed as there was trash and hair ties right in the middle of the floor. There were no garbage bags, no dish soap, and the fire alarms chirped all day and night even after the maint guy promised it wouldn’t happen again on our 4th and final night. The bathroom sink in the basement was leaking everywhere and the maint guy didn’t fix it until our last night. So I wasn’t constantly using towels to try and dry the mess, which included me having to wash and dry way more towels than needed. The towels are stiff throughout the house and smelled dirty. The bunk beds has no mattress protectors and pee stains all over them. It’s such a great location but needs updated and new housekeeping.
