Lovely stay in the heart of the city
Great place in terms of reach to sightseeing, restaurants, cafe, cleanliness, etc. Luisa was a very kind hostess, that took the time to direct me to places worth visiting and nice restaurants. Felt like at home! The only thing that might make your sleep a bit difficult, is the noise from outdoors -which of course is to be expected when you choose to stay in such a central point- and a little bit the noise of residents’ steps on the wooden floors, which is again to be expected when you live at an authentic Florence building, which has been renovated and is at great shape, exactly as shown in the pictures! And the view is simply amazing!!! Definitely recommend :)

Location, location, location! This B&B is right beside the Duomo and our room had a great view of it. The room was clean and comfortable, the en-suite was spotless, the service was friendly and efficient and breakfast was taken outside the Opera del Duomo…what a treat! I’ll be back.

The best location!!
This place was perfect. The location is incredible and offers the ability to walk Florence and and experience all the sights and attractions. Luisa was always ready to help if necessary and was very flexible in helping us arrive, check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We don’t know when we’re coming back to Florence, but we know we will be staying here!!

Great location, service could be better
Great location right near the Duomo. The room itself was very cute, cozy, and clean. The a/c did not seem to cool as much as we would’ve liked but the fan they provided helped a lot. The main issue I had with my stay was the inflexibility of check-in. The check-in window was very short and ended at noon. Although they sent very clear instructions on how to get in, they said we needed to be available the next morning to provide our passports. The problem was we had an early tour and would again not be available during their short availability. We were then requested to send passport pictures through an outside text message. I hated this but also knew we had to get them our information. The first time we tried it, it didn’t work because they weren’t clear on how to send it but finally got it through the second time. If they would have a normal check in time or been more accommodating (we checked in at 12:30) this all could have been avoided. Another issue I had was that breakfast was included but NOT at the property. Additionally, the tickets they left for it were for two breakfast places but they left no directions on how to get to those places.

La ubicación lo es todo. Es espectacular. El edificio para subir a la habitación está descuidado y sin pintar, no hay elevador y vez todo el camino. La habitación estaba en condiciones pero tenía detalles de polvo y el suelo no tan limpio. Muy amable la atención, el desayuno que te incluyes bajas a las cafeterías cerca y es muy bueno. Florencia es espectacular. Recomendado solo hace falta un poco más de mantenimiento

A lovely staff that were all accommodating and very helpful with any questions and needs. Convenient location right in the city. Accessible to any of the museums and a nice walk across the river to other attractions. Next to a pharmacy for any medical needs. The location is across the street and a few building from the Piazza Duomo. It was convenient to most sites in Florence. There were excellent dining locations close by. The location was clean and the staff was attentive. Our questions were quickly and honestly answered. Clearly stated by the staff is the lack of an elevator. Rooms are 3 floors up. This could be challenging for those unable to walk up and down the stairs. Enjoy

This is a perfect place to stay in Florence, as it is close to everything. It is very easy to find as it is across from the Duomo. It allowed us to take a quick breather after all the walking without wasting time enjoying Florence. The staff are kind and flexible when it comes to late check ins. They helped us with our bags as well. Breakfast was included and it is very convenient as it is downstairs and quick. Highly recommend.

The location of the property was excellent. Who wouldn't want to step outside and see the Duomo on the doorstep?! When we arrived (a little later than planned due to flight delays), We called the number on the booking and a lovely lady explained how we entered the property, which room we were in and to check in with reception in the morning. Waiting in our exceptionally clean room was our keys and breakfast coupons for two cafes downstairs. We were a little apprehensive of being so central with street noise, but the windows were all double glazed which really helped with noise, although we were disturbed during the night from people outside, but its the city centre, so we expected that. The room was cleaned daily and we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast looking out at the Duomo each morning. It was also great to have a base to return to during the day for a breather and comfort break! 5 stars for us.

We enjoyed our stay. Lucia was pleasant and very helpful. The room was very clean. The only drawback to the room was that there was no comfortable chair in which to sit. Location was great. Steps from the duomo. I would give it a 5 star rating except that the climb up the stairs for an 81 year old couple was difficult to do often.
