I love the history and the cultural significance of El Paso. With the Franklin Mountains right thru the city center it's unique and beautiful! Only problem traffic is getting crazy. I lived here one, nearly 40 years ago and it's getting huge! Like

El Paso itself is great place for activities, shopping, dining and entertainment. I choose this place for vacation coming from a small nearby town. The people are interesting and some environments here are just good vibes.

El Paso is a grownup, big, bustling Texas city...lots of retail, restaurants, and easy to navigate. The freeways run smoothly, streets are clearly marked, and Google Maps has the place down pat. Enjoy your stay!

Noticeable absence of vagrants and homeless vs LA or San Diego areas that we have frequented. Downtown areas usually smell of human excrement, but El Paso was much cleaner than we expected for a downtown city.

The Placita was very nice and the police presence on bikes was super welcomed and appreciated! No panhandlers or vagrants!!! Props to the Mayor of El Paso! We felt safe being out close to midnight!

There is a lot to see in El Paso. Great city to stop and venture out for the day/night. Go to the scenic drive, downtown plaza, and eat all the Mexican food you can.

El paso is a passage for New Mexico and Arizona, but it is a city of history itself. Many historical buildings and free museums attract.

First time I have been to El Paso. I went to the downtown area, and El Paso Street which is where the border is located and there are a lot of stores that sell inexpensive items.
"The room was awesome and quiet, there was a moldy smell coming from the AC. I sprayed Lysol on it and it would go away for a bit but come back. I'm not sure if the filter needs to be changed."
