Charlevoix is so beautiful! Castle Farms, Wineguys catering, Jessica with Simply Sweet bakery all were amazing to work with in the area. We live near Lansing, MI so it was great they all were able to fit us into their busy schedules in one weekend.

We were in Charlevoix in April. It is still off-season so it was pretty quiet compared to the summer. However, some stores in the downtown area were still closed for the season. Great place to visit!

We love the downtown area. Promoted Sidewalk Sales weren't nearly as big/available as we thought they would be. Construction on bridge made walking across it, with all the packed snow and ice, a little tricky.

They have a lot of nice little shops, restaurants and right on the marina. Its very busy and it takes about 5-8 min to get through to downtown.. overall, its not bad.

Wanted to go to the Villager pub for some whitefish. Had the deep fried..best I've ever had up north by the waters..love the area. Checked out the Mushroom houses..quite the architectural feat...very interesting and well designed with roofs and stone
