This is a really nice town. Feels welcoming, convenient, and if you are into old west, gold-country history - it's really fun to explore. And surrounded by amazing wine country as well!

Placerville is the last town between Sacramento and S. Tahoe, and has a great variety of restaurants and mom-n-pop stores on the main street. A nice neighborhood!

Beautiful area. Interesting restaurants in Placerville, although a lot of them are closed on Tuesdays. Apple Hill is always fun, with the best apple pie/dumplings/donuts in the state.

My Daughter works in the area, and I have friends there as well. I like unique spots and Placerville is relatively a fun place to visit, possibly a place to call home.
"Eden Vale is a hidden gem! We accidentally stumbled across the Inn while looking for accommodations close to Roseville. The location is closer to Placerville, but not far from Roseville. Small and quaint, the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was beautiful and we even had an outdoor tub (private). We will definitely be back when we visit the area! "
"Property is well managed with great customer service by all the staff and especially Mary. The cute pool and on-site laundry are so convenient. We will be back. "
"This is the second time I have stayed at this property… It is clean and convenient to my needs whenever I am in Placerville… I would definitely stay there again."
