10/10 Excellent

Helpful staff. Comfortable sitting in lobby. Free tea and apples were a nice touch!

10/10 Excellent

A lovely traditional hotel on one of the many canals. I’m disabled and on crutches but it’s just a short walk around the next corner to one of the most vibrant areas of restaurants, so many to choose from…
A pleasant seating area with tea and good coffee available!
Free hot drinks by the seating area.
When I arrived at the hotel, my Danish friends were waiting for me here! 😉
Important for me!
An elevator, even if it’s only one floor as I’m on crutches… 🥴👍💕

10/10 Excellent

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Mozart. The room was cozy, right on the canal so we had a gorgeous view, the window opens and they provide a fan to stay cool in summer. The staff were incredibly helpful in directions and ordered us a taxi back to the airport. No breakfast but there is fresh fruit and great coffee available. Wonderful place to stay!

10/10 Excellent

A vibrant location but quiet by the canal! I had stayed two previous nights in a different room! Tired from a long drive and in some pain so slept in all the following day to be met by my Danish ex neighbour and his brother, was refreshed enough to get out to eat with them and on the last night walked to the Paradiso music venue for a great concert!

Old Amsterdam Building, clean, safeguarded, in the middle of everything location, very friendly staff. Basic interior but practical
Joerg, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Standard budget hotel in a convenient spot, we did ask for a double bed but had to settle for twin beds pushed together, which would be okay if they didn’t have separate bedding and nothing keeping them from sliding away from each other - slight damper on the experience but generally an okay hotel
Hamnah, 3-night trip

Great Service ,!

Experience was fine overall, room wasn’t clean enough for the standards carpet not clean and construction started before 7am.

What i like the property was it's close to everything and what I don't like is i am not comfortable everytime i went inside iur room.. Toilet bowl doesn't have a cover..! I felt gross just thinking about the place..!
Charlaine, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Overall the hotel was ok. As we were checking out I looked under the bed to make sure we didn’t accidentally push anything under it and ick!! Underneath the bed hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long as there were socks, a vial and it was dirty. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a nice bathtub and the staff was very friendly.

Could improve

Not the freshest but friendly staff
Harry Wohlin, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Noise from elevator. Some alarm during at 1:30 pm due to a smoker.
Chris, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

First room was so small it was impossible to get from one side of the bed to the other. Should NEVER be rented as a double room. Next room (after complaining) a little bigger but workers directly outside the only window meant it had to be closed with curtains pulled - and NO A/C. Even though right on the canal the room outlook was atrocious. Only teamaking facility was in a common area - which was nicely done. Overall very disappointed.
Chris, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Disappointed in stay. Not very clean. Only given 2 small towels. Hair dryer did not work. Very noisy at night with people in hallway and the building next door was playing very loud music- could hear clearly through the closed window. When I went down to the desk to complain I was told many people have already complained and they couldn’t do anything about it. This was 10:30pm at night. Very frustrating. The area is great but that’s about it with the hotel. Not worth the $250 for one night.
Rosette, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

People using the front of property to drink and loiter all night long. Didn't feel safe staying at this property. Bathtub was horribly unsafe to stand in being it was narrow, high and the facet was in the center facing out to the floor. it was not functional in a safety sense. Dark and noisy room
Norma, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Located in a gem of a neighbourhood and surrounded by some of the best shops and restaurants. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful, the room are small but cozy, and there is the best cafe setup on the main level with warm lighting and free coffee. Best place to read and write.
Darren, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

The hotel is perfect located in the centre of Amsterdam. The rooms are clean, beds lay comfortable and bedding is clean, staff is friendly and cooperative!
Bob, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The room was small but enough for one night stay. It was clean, there is free coffee at the reception area all day long. What impressed me the most was the receptionist: amazing lady, friendly, kind: she offered me a hairdryer as I was soking wet even thkugh I have checked out.
Slaveya, 1-night trip

A nice quite, relaxing hotel.
Genevieve, 2-night trip

Staff was great. Decent free room upgrade. Great view.
Tyler, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

The location was great. The hotel itself was dated. The rooms were small and old. The property looked nasty. Not worth the money we spent.
