** Location:The location of this place is fantastic, with easy access to Walmart, Mercado 28, Parque de las Palapas, and a small supermarket just a few meters away. ** Check-in was straightforward, as it was a self-check-in process. ** Cleanliness: The room was small, but adequate for a short stay. However, while the bed, floor, and toilet were clean, I must mention that the overall cleanliness could have been improved. The walls showed signs of mildew, and there were soap remnants left in the shower from previous guests. The bathroom ceiling also had noticeable mildew, and the air-conditioner could benefit from a thorough cleaning as well. ** Final thoughts: So, if you prioritize cleanliness and prestige, this may not be the ideal place for you. However, if you're not particularly concerned with the cleanliness and are more focused on a great location, this could be a good choice.

The room: My spouse and I stayed one night in room 2. It had a double bed with two nightstands, a place to hang clothes, a mini-split that worked well, a small refrigerator with freezer, and in-suite bathroom with a large shower. Soft soap, two tan beach-sized towels, and a bath mat were provided. Bed linens were white, crisp, and clean. The room was clean with some mildew here and there (no smell but a deep clean is needed). The walls are thin and some guests were loud coming in late at night…but hey, they’re doing vacation their way. There was a mix of Mexicans and foreigners staying differing amounts of time. Other things: A light breakfast of bananas, apples, several types of pan dulce, and coffee was served at 9:15 am. Drinking water, a microwave, and additional bathroom are available in the lobby. The outdoor courtyard has potted plants and a fountain, sunshades, a table with chairs and umbrella, and a couple couches, The location is great, close to the bus station and great food choices (Parque de las Palapas). Overall: This is the second time we’ve stayed here and would stay again. Julio the manager and his staff are welcoming and polite. They have put effort into creating a visually appealing, budget-minded experience. Luggage storage and early check-in, if available, are allowed free-of-charge. For about $24/night, it is a good choice and reflected in the rating.

Bonito lugar cómodo

Bonito lugar, muy cómodo, cerca hay un super, solo falta un letrero para llegar directo a la ubicación.. El único detalle es con la limpieza, nos quedamos 3 días y nunca hicieron limpieza, preguntamos y nos dijeron que solo hacen hasta el cuarto día.. pues todo bien, solo pedimos que cuando menos nos cambiarán las toallas y nos dijeron que sí, pero el muchacho jamás nos las cambió, eso fue lo único que nos nos gustó, de ahí en fuera la atención del muchacho de las noches era excelente.

Es un FRAUDE

Un verdadero fraude para empezar ni siquiera tiene un letrero afuera no es un hotel es una casa y cuando llegué en el Uber había dos chicos que fueron a buscar una pizza y entraron en el lugar sin embargo como yo no ubicaba que ese era el hotel yo me puse a verificar las direcciones y efectivamente de donde habían salido los chicos era el lugar entonces comencé a marcar al teléfono que está aquí en hoteles.com y nadie me contestó marqué cinco o seis veces y en la última ocasión al tercer timbrazo me colgaron igual estuve tocando el timbre repetidas veces en el transcurso de media hora nadie me abrió y al final vi un letrero que estaba enrollado y escondido en la barda que decía clausurado por infringir el código penal. Cómo es posible que hoteles.com nos mande a un lugar clandestino en el que únicamente defraudan a las personas porque sí se cobraron el monto pero jamás me abrieron la propiedad afortunadamente encontré ese cartel y me quité pero realmente estoy segura que hubo algún riesgo ya que si había gente adentro y alejarme yo del supuesto hotel que como ya dije era una casa llegó un vehículo de seguridad privada y de ahí salieron varios hombres lo cual me dio muy mala espina. Por parte de hoteles.com no me respaldaron no me devolvieron el dinero y tampoco me proporcionaron otro lugar para hospedarme yo he sido usuaria de hace mucho tiempo pero esta terrible experiencia me dejó muy insatisfecha molesta y desconfiada de los servicios de esta plataforma. Gracias.
