It only dropped a rating from me, because they only provided two coffees (1 per person), the tv didn't work (no signal) and the check-in progress was a bit too long and the staff could of been friendlier and more helpful. The staff on arrival were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. When we got to the room it was lovely, spotlessly clean and full of little touches to give you that treehouse feel, the whole hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling and you are literally just a few minutes walk from wherever you want to be. Will definitely be returning.
