I was going to give this place one star, but i have to give credit where credit is due. Pros: Spacious and comfortable Cons: From the moment i contacted the whatsapp number given asking if theyd allow an hour early check in, the person attending on the chat took a WHILE in getting back to me. He asked for all of our information (passporr number, passport picture, selfies, etc) but when i sent everything, he didnt respond for over an hour or more. I get to the location and tell the front desk i have a reservation and they say they can't do anything about it and that I have to only be in contact with that number. The guy on the chat said he was sending over the didn't get back to me until three fifteen

The apartment is in good and easy access location. Bathrooms are good and master bathroom large with daylight. The inventory furniture seems from the 80th and used up. The carpet has seen better days and is a bit out of time. But all clean and good to use. I did not like that it was not possible to get additional towels. Contact was always nice, polite and professional.

Be aware

The apartment was dirty and the AC did not work. It’s a shame because the apartment was very cool! We left and asked for a refund. Roomo Atlantica approved the refund but they only communicate via whatsapp and email which made it a huge headache to get hotels.com customer support to give me the refund despite already having approval.
