The property has a lot of potential but lacks attention and care. The room was dirty and not clean, or well-prepared for a new guest. There were ants, silverfish in the bathroom, and the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out from the previous guest’s stay. Additionally, close to noon the elevator stops working and communication isn’t the most responsive. The location is in the downtown/center of Medellin so safe to approach with caution as in any downtown area in a metropolitan city. I would not recommend walking at night. It is a 15-minute walking distance from the closest metro stop.

Apartamento muy bonito, grande, limpio, bonita decoración, equipada con todo lo de la cocina, me encanto muchisimo, seguro y muy tranquilo, a veces los vecinos con música alta pero despues de las 10pm ya no habia ruido. Regresaria!!! Muy recomendado para el precio que ofrecen.

Me gusto mucho la.ubicacion y la decoración del lugar. Es un espacio amplio y cómodo hasta para 3 personas. Medellín tiene un clima fresco regularmente y la unidad no tiene aire acondicionado, tienes un ventilador pequeño que pues... te ayuda solo un poco cuando hace mas calor como paso en mi estadia. Podrian mejorar los ventiladores a unos con mayor potencialidad. En cuanto a la seguridad del edificio muy bien, me sentí segura. El tranvia, los buses y el tren como cualquier tipo de transporte estan cerca y assecibles. De igual forma las tiendas para comprar y centros de comida. Lo único que hay que tomar en cuenta es que, si el apartamento está con el ventanal hacia la calle principal, el ruido de autos durante el dia desde las 6am en adelante es constante. Si tienes sueño liviano va ser complicado dormir, a pesar de esto la vista es fenomenal. La comunicación con el dueño muy efectiva y si necesitas cambio de toallas hay disponibilidad. 😉

Fue una situación de impotencia y corage, contraté este alojamiento ya que me dejaba hacer check in por la madrugada, llegue a la estancia ese día, entre al edificio y al entrar al loft ya estaba ocupada, la persona de ahí casi me golpea, se veía drogada, hablé a los administradores muchas veces y nadie respondió, tuve que ir a esas horas de la madrugada a buscar otro alojamiento, la zona es peligrosa, hay vagabundos en las calles, gente drogada tirada por las banquetas. Por consecuencia a esto no quise regresar al alojamiento y menos con un tipo cerca que casi me agarraba a golpes. La administración de l alojamiento WELLCOME solo quería reembolsarme un día y darme descuento para mi próxima estadía. No me cancelaron mi reserva ni por haber pasado en esta situación. (Yo no me quede ningún dia en este lugar) Cero recomendable.
