Venice Boutique Hotel
Stayed 2 nights in March. Beautiful space, everything new, stylish and tasteful in this boutique hotel. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location. Beautiful setting. Received with a warm welcome. The host/proprietor was prompt with all communication and also very nice. Hands down, this was the nicest place we stayed during our 2 weeks of travel in Italy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Exceptional Stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites
I had an amazing experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites! The modern, beautifully designed rooms were spotless, bright, and elegantly furnished—everything felt brand new and inviting. The location is perfect—quiet yet central, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and close to great restaurants, cafés, and water taxi stations. Private water taxis drop you just a few minutes from the suites, which is super convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners, including Ellies and their parents, are incredible people. They not only gave me great local insights and dining recommendations but also went above and beyond to help. On my checkout day, they even walked me to the private taxi pier and loaded my luggage onto the boat early in the morning—such kindness and care are rare! While breakfast isn’t provided, there’s a shared kitchen and complimentary coffee and tea, which is a nice touch. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice—it’s even more stunning in person. This is the only place you should stay in Venice—I highly recommend it! ⭐ 10/10 – Would absolutely return!

The location is fantastic—quiet yet central, only a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, close to restaurants, cafés, and near public water taxi stations for easy transportation. Private water taxis drop you just 2-3 minutes from the suites, which is incredibly convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners and staff were kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Special thanks to Keldi, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, even waiting beyond office hours to assist me. While breakfast isn’t provided, there’s a shared kitchen, and complimentary coffee and tea amenities are a nice touch. The photos online don’t fully capture how bright and luxurious the rooms are in person. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and comfortable stay in Venice. ⭐ 10/10 – Would return!

IN LOVE with this place
DO NOT stay anywhere else. This is the perfect place. We are in love. We were excited to stay before and when we got there, it was even more special in person. Great, but not perfect
While the staff was very nice, there was a lack of clear communication around front desk times and basic ‘front desk’ type questions such as bus schedule or restaurants. Our room was nice but had some unexpected quirkiness such as the toilet ran and trash from another guest. There was a nice steam shower and good location!

The property is close to everything. You can tell it’s either newly renovated or they maintain it really well. It’s my partners birthday and they are sweet enough to notice and upgraded the room! They welcomed us with a champagne and chocolate which made it memorable. When we leave the property, they knew we are going to take public transport and nice enough to not only show us the way, and even helped us carry our over the little bridge nearby.

Ninfea was truly lovely and unique with only six rooms. The room I stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. The only problem I had was the front door got stuck because it’s old and it was raining. However, Cardi, instructed me what to do and all was fine. I was surprised when I returned from dinner to find the owner drove an hour from his home to make sure I got in the door alright. I was really impressed by the level of care the owner and staff took to take care of their hotel. Also, Cardi was so sweet. She made arrangements for the private water taxi for me and my sister and her kids who we’d staying at a different hotel. She also helped me with my luggage. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay at the Ninfea. I will definitely come back to Venice and Ninfea!
