Wonderful Hotel
Loved this hotel! Traveled for a solo New Year’s trip. I had only intended to stay three nights, but extended to six because I loved it so much. Decor was amazing. I loved the Moulin Rouge sitting area. My room was so comfortable. Heated bathroom tiles. I slept so good in the bed. The breakfast in the wine bar was extensive. I had NYE dinner at the wine bar and it was great too. Good location close to bus lines, subway, restaurants, and movie theater. I would definitely stay here again if in Stockholm.

Återkommer
Vi återkom till hotellet som vi gillar pga läget och trivseln. Huset är gamla Sifwertska kasernen från sent 1700-tal som varit bryggeri med stall, kasern och logement, senare huserat stadsvakten och varit ett kolerasjukhus, vårdhem och på 60-talet delvis ungkarlshotell. Andra delen av byggnaden har sen 1800-talet varit brandstation som finns kvar idag. Hotellet är vackert bevarat, rummen fina, högt i tak, stora fönster, i norr utsikt mot Katarina kyrka. Det är Stockholm med stockholmare. Vi är utflyttade och medelålders och charmas inte av "Vare dålit?" när man checkar ut, eller av något-helt-annat som tartarer i panko när vi efterfrågar kött med 135 sek för det billigaste vinglaset. Man äter inte middag här men frukosten är mycket bra, rummen är tysta, fräscha och vackra, sängen och sängkläderna är toppen och hotellmiljön härlig.

Hatten av. Det här var ett makalöst hotell! Personliga, fräscha och mysiga rum i preciiis det området man vill hänga i på Söder. Trots det ändå lugnt beläget. Vi bodde där i ruggiga februari - kan bara föreställa mig den innergården sommartid. Väldigt god och fin frulle. Dessutom prisvärt! Jag kommer tillbaka, var så säker.
