The resort is beautiful, the beach owned by the resort is huge, it's nearly half a mile. The Turquesa is the adults only side of the Palladium resort which is the larger resort adjacent to Turquesa. You can go anywhere in the resort complex and eat and drink, which is very nice, but there are kids and families on the Palladium side of the resort. We had Randy as our overall concierge and Eury was our specific building concierge. Both of them were outstanding, and were more than helpful with amazingly prompt responses. The swim up suites have their own pools, bars and food, which was amazing. I'd say the lack of lunch options was about the only thing we could criticize. They typically have one or two options of the 17 rest open for lunch. You can typically catch a ride or request one on a golf cart if you're going far somewhere inside the resort. The Chic show was great. They have a version of timeshare they call a membership, but its very similar, and they'll take 2 hours of your time to try to get you to buy it... if that's your thing great, if not, when you're checking in, they'll try to get you to book a breakfast or lunch and give you a free "tour" of the resort, say "no" and enjoy your vacation :) Food overall is very good. The grounds are kept better than a golf course in paradise. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Samuel was our personal bartender at the pool, and he was great!
