Beautiful stay except for the hard mattrasses....
The abundance of nature is amazing, as are the views of the mountains and lake. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a 10 minutes walk to the center of town, great cafes, and restaurants. We did several hikes which were easily accessible by car and were quite spectacular. There was one issue, though which made comfort "terrible." The mattrasses are as hard as sleeping on the ground! All four of us, in separate rooms, felt the same way, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of that. I know asking them to change mattrasses in each room is probably out of the range of possibility, but perhaps they could add mattrass toppers to soften them. Unfortunately, unless that issue is solved, we do not plan on staying at San Jose again, though we will be back to Valle de B for sure...we live only 5 hours away and loved the place!

Boutique hotel right at one entrance of Valle de Bravo centro. Friendly staff, quite place. Rooms are small, but they were ok for our short trip. No a/c in the rooms, but was not necessary- at least during out stay. Beautiful green areas with mountains views.

En general muy bonito el lugar, las vistas sensacionales, el pasto muy bien mantenido, las habitaciones rústicas en buen estado, solo las canchas de tenis y la alberca deberían de estar en mejor estado, ya que las canchas estaban con grietas y la alberca sucia, fuera de eso, las personas del hotel muy amables y el lugar muy bonito.

Excelente hotel con trato increíble del personal
El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cuidado tanto el cuarto como los jardines en excelentes condiciones, pero lo mas espectacular es el servicio del personal, en especial la responsable del restaurante que preparó una cena romántica increíble y atendió personalmente, si vas en pareja te recomiendo mucho éste hotel.
