Great Hotel
Although the hotel was having some renovations completed at the entrance, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful by offering to meet me outside to show the temporary entrance. She also did a great job explaining the amenities during check in. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have a gym on site. The hotel offers an alternative local gym; however, it wasn't open on Sunday.

Great Stay, Great Service!
The man that checked us in was great! He couldn't have been more helpful! He suggested the Wood Booger Grill for dinner and we went, it was great! He gave us towels to wipe our e-bikes off when we brought them in, it rained the whole way here. Keep up the good work!

Staff especially Charles were very welcoming and hospitable. Front entrance under construction making it hard to pull up and unload on check in. Overall the new hotel is so much nicer and cleaner than the old hotel!

This hotel opened in April 2024 but portions continue to be under renovation which limits parking and access through the front entrance, and the fitness room was closed. Other than that the rooms were new (fresh, clean), breakfast was quite nice and the staff very friendly. Disappointed that as we walked in the building to check in our King room was downgraded to double queens. Did get a note that this was going to happen as we were settling into our room. Most disturbing was a repetitive scammer posing as Hotels.com rep telling us our stay needed to be changed because rooms were no longer available. I had gotten a confirmatory email immediately after booking our trip (2 different cities), but a week or two later began receiving urgent emails (6 total) and then text msgs (3) about this specific leg of our trip. I could not verify the phone number given to call back (they were offering $188 to rebook) and the conf# referenced was different than the itinerary # given when I made the reservations. So I called the hotel directly. They had our reservation, but had no knowledge of either the ‘confirmation #’ given in the suspected email/text msgs, or the itinerary # given at the time I made the reservations. They had our reservation under a completely different conf#. Why so many different #s??? And what number should be used to contact Hotels.com directly? The online chat option was not at all helpful.

The atmosphere was incredibly warm and authentic, with everyone exuding friendliness without any hint of insincerity. From the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast staff, and the general manager, all were approachable and eager to assist. We particularly enjoyed our conversations with Rachel, who managed the morning breakfast; she was truly delightful and refreshing. They all exemplify the Hilton/Hampton brand exceptionally well!

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a girls weekend there and they gave us ideas of other places to go see. The breakfast switched out and they were working on upgrades but everything was kept clean and neat. Definitely would go back. Cute town too with walling options to eat
