One of the best hotels of our trip in Chile. The property is really well located, close to the seaside / port, sights, dining options. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good (but without fresh vegetables - not surprising in Punta Arenas though), we really liked the dining area. We considered Cabo de Hornos and Hotel José Nogueira for our stay in Punta Arenas - after visiting José Nogueira for dinner and drinks, were we glad we chose Cabo de Hornos in the end (nicer atmosphere, better food for dinner).
Two additional notes, but neither was a major issue: parking can be a hit or miss (there might be no places left that belong to the hotel), there was a constant generator noise hearable in our room which would be an issue for light sleepers.
