Didn’t really have much to do with the staff apart from checking in and drinks at the bar but everyone seemed friendly and I saw a woman get her flask filled with ice and water by staff hence the high rating. Breakfast was excellent, much better than at a lot of other hotels I have stayed at, with fresh fruit, yoghurts, hot buffet, cheeses and cold meats and included in the price. Only downside was I could have paid less booking directly with RIU.
