Hemos pagado el completo dinero ！pero no me coge el teléfono dueño de alojamiento llamado más 10 veces y esperado más de 2 horas en calle como tontos ! Me paso una noche horrible día 31 de diciembre! El agente de hoteles.com tampoco me ayuda para hacer transferir a otro departamento por qué no puede llamar al teléfono de cuba ! Y ellos necesita comfirma por teléfono ~una duda si los viajes no tiene tarjeta de sim móvil ,ustedes Tiras los clientes en la calle solo !!!
