Nice stay
The front desk was very helpful when checking in. The only issue I had was the slamming of the hotel room doors. It seemed like they were Extremely Loud when people going out of the rooms and it was extremely busy in the area I stayed in down on the first floor. Breakfast was okay. They did have two waffle makers but no other hot options (does a toasted bagel count?). Beds were very comfortable! All in all, I'd book this hotel again.

Not good for families traveling
We had a 2 night stay to visit family in the area. Upon arrival (about 11pm), our room had a strong odor of marijuana in it. I went to the front desk to address the issue and was told that it would be addressed in the morning. The next morning we went to breakfast, which was waffles, toast or oatmeal and coffee (which was terrible) or juice. About 8AM the cleaning crew knocked on the door, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door as our kids were still asleep. I asked them to please come back in about 20 minutes so we could wake up our kids and get them ready & out and was scoffed at and told (in Spanish) that I was wasting their time. Anyway, we left for the day and came back with the room still having the odor but not as strong, so beware! The room layouts are not kid friendly! The bathroom is gross! Our door didn’t have a lock on it & it was a toilet & shower behind the door. The sink is in the main room, so you have to touch the handle with dirty hands just to get to wash them. The lights for the sink are visible to everyone in the room so getting ready in the morning with a family isn’t ideal.

Comfortable, Clean and Reasonably Priced
We had a very good stay of two nights. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and had plenty of hot water. Price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again when returning to Case Grande. Did not try the breakfast as it was past time when we left. Employees were friendly and efficient.

The new rewards suck.
Since they changed the rewards program, it sucks. Before you got a free night after 10 stays, after 10 stays now, you have about 25 dollars to save on a stay. It is like 1/4 what it used to be. Before it was the average of the 10 night stays. So if you spent 150 per stay for 10 stays, you received a 150 dollar credit. Now it’s very minimal. It is still easily used, rewards just suck.
