Tired Hotel & No Good Coffee
The biggest thing for me was that the room -particularly the bathroom was not clean and you can’t get or make a decent cup of coffee (not even instant).
Housekeeping is by request only (they should make that clear on the listing). The sheets were replaced with ones that had holes in them. The towels were a mix of threadbare and shedding. I called housekeeping 3 times in one day to just ask for fresh towels. They may be understaffed but it feels like very few people working care to be there at all. Most of the restaurants are more like a mall food court in the lobby where the music is a bit too loud. There’s also nowhere to sit in the lobby if you’re waiting for colleagues or friends. This being said, I give them credit for only permitting smoking IN the casino and the air filtration system is pretty great at keeping the lobby and hallways low-odor.
