Hotel’s staff communicated very politely and proactively. Our understanding (which is very subjective, of course 😊) of “private beach” was the access to beach where one can swim, enjoy the water , and do a little bit of very elementary snorkeling. What was offered to us is more of an access to water where none of the above listed activities can be done. To sum up, we realised that the term “private beach” was used very loosely in the description of this property.

Audre was a huge help, even arranged our taxi and water taxi for us from the airport. Nice, clean room, with plenty around to do. The swim up bar next door was one of the best parts- go see my buddy Brayan over there and get with Captain G with Nemo’s Adventures for a day of fun snorkeling, fishing, and checking out the other islands! Definitely will be back!

Upon arrival the host was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Caye Caulker was my choice to spend a relaxing birthday on barefoot island, with great people and a laid back vibe. My room was decorated with a birthday touch, and love the decor. I absolutely loved this property! It was clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the details were amazing. I stayed in the sunset suite, which was a 3rd floor walk up. It was clean, spacious, modern and so beautiful. I will be back and I look forward to booking this space again. Thank you Treetops for making my 40th birthday so special!

We had the best stay at Tree Tops. I was the perfect location- easy walking distance from everything, but not right in the middle of the town. It was quiet, clean, and a beautiful view. The best part about our experience here was Audre. She was absolutely amazing! She made our trip so easy and accommodating. She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel so welcome. She has great suggestions for food, tours, you name it. We will definitely be back!

Audre, the manager was so easy to communicate with, anttentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hotel is on the quieter end of the island. Nothing is a far walk and there were bikes available on a FCFS basis. This hotel has no pool but we made use of a resort a block away with a pool by buying drinks and food when we felt like a dip poolside. Our apartment was so clean and felt safe. Water pressure is very low (conserving water of course) but challenging to shower. Bed was very firm but comfortable and great pillows. Thanks for a fantastic stay, Audre and team.

We stayed in the Turneffe studio for 11 days and it was lovely! The studio is roomy with a comfortable king bed, a large bathroom and shower and a kitchen equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker. It's a beautiful hotel with lovely staff and close to everything. Audrey is so friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations for diving, restaurants and ferries. Thank you Treetops! Our stay at Treetops Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The hotel itself is impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Located right in front of the beach, we enjoyed the luxury of direct beach access, complete with comfortable lounging chairs perfect for soaking in the sun and sea views. Everything we could possibly need was within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, convenient grocery stores, exciting tour options, and charming gift shops. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary use of bikes, allowing us to explore the picturesque island of Caye Caulker at our own pace. It added a lovely touch of adventure to our trip. The host, Audre, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary. Her friendliness, helpfulness, and knack for making guests feel genuinely welcome were truly remarkable. Thanks to her, we embarked on the best snorkeling tour of our Belize trip. She even managed to secure a last-minute dinner reservation for us at Pasta per Caso, an absolute must-visit restaurant known for its mouthwatering, freshly made pasta. The staff is amazing. The location is nice just outside the hustle and bustle of the main part of town but an easy 15 min walk to town. Or even borrow one of their bikes. Our room was clean and swept out daily. The private beach was nice to sit and relax. There is a pool bar and restaurant just steps away with great water view.

Great spot on Caye Caulker
Treetops is in a great location. Far enough South to have some quiet time and close enough to get to everything. Bicycles worked well but sometimes they are all checked out. Very comfortable beds, generous room size and very clean. I would definitely stay again. No onsite restaurant was not a problem - lots of eating locations nearby. Audre was very welcoming and helpful.

We had a delightful stay at Treetops. It's a beautiful property, the sunset room was well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. Some of the best features at Treetops are the small beach directly out in front of the property, and the rooftop hammocks which are the perfect way to relax a bit as you wind down your day. Just a few minutes walk south of the water taxi dock, it strikes a good balance of being close to a lot of the restaurants and attractions on Caye Caulker while remaining pretty quiet. Audre at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and will make sure you're set up with anything you need for your stay. The snorkeling boat we had booked hadn't gotten back to us by the time we checked in, and Audre had a recommendation offhand for us and did all the work to set it up for us. A great stay.

We stayed in the Treetops Suite and it was the perfect place for us. Beautiful balcony overlooking sea. The bathroom was spacious and bed huge and comfy. Great furnishings and had a small fridge with was nice. The use of the bikes was so nice we got to explore so much on them. Audre the manager always insured our needs were met and had taxi waiting for us at the airports and upon departure day to return us. We will return. I thought I would miss not having a pool but we didn’t at all. Lounging by the water was just fine. It seems to be one of the more kept up modern facilities on the island.

From the moment we arrived, Audre was incredibly helpful and gracious. She made sure to answer any questions we had and provided information on lots of activities/food on the island. Additionally, I arranged for bubbly and chocolate for my newly-wed wife, and she was very discreet. Lastly, on the night before we left, I ate something that did not agree with me and was up all night. Despite checkout being at 10am, she allowed us to stay an additional 3 hours to recover since the next occupant had a late checkin. She even arranged for a taxi to get us to the water ferry. Top notch customer service and overall wondeful experience with this hotel.
