Very disappointed
We did not get the room that we reserved. We reserved a Deluxe King Suite with a king size bed and a sofa bed for our two kids. Upon check in, we were informed that the room didn't have a sofa bed and we were given one twin rollaway for the two children! When we asked for a second rollaway, we were told that they didn't have any more.

a little disappointing
We were going to a cemetery and doing some fall colors tour too. Most rooms in the area were filled up but we did get a whirlpool suite for $193. Room booked at $249. Well the room was a little disappointing/ the king bed spread had stains on it and the sheets did too. We did not use the whirlpool in the room. I did use the main whirlpool and it was very hot and the jets did more bubbles that a jet of water. We left before breakfast that started at 6am..Normally I really enjoy Americann's. I guess as properties age items wear out.

Has all the extras
Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a microwave and refrigerator, comfortable beds, and necessary toiletries. It was clean but did have an odd smell in my opinion. It was an added bonus to have a pool and hot tub to our accessibility until 11 pm and a free breakfast as well. I felt the pool area was a little outdated but everything did work appropriately. Breakfast had a variety of options and was very appreciative

Nice room size. Furniture in good shape. Room quite musty so asked front desk why; staff was asked to leave unoccupied room temp at 74 so rooms smelled more of human body oil (Febreeze would help). Every other aspect was varying degrees of very good to excellent.

Air unit was so dirty and when we attempted to warm the room, it smelled like a horrible mixture of something burning and chemicals. It was also annoying that there weren’t USBs in the room, but we were able to purchase adaptors at Walgreens nearby. The staff was kind when we informed them about the air unit at check out. Honestly wouldn’t stay again.

We needed a nice place close to campus and the property was perfect. Great price and nice staff. Our family even recommended it to us as they had stayed at this location in the past. Carpeting was a little run down throughout the facility..but that was really about it. We are staying here again when we go up in October.
