Good stay, very rude chef.
The stay was good per usual. They have a different cook at the omelette station than when I last came and he was absolutely awful. He had an attitude, he was slamming things around, he barely spoke at an audible level, he was rude, & seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. It made me uncomfortable to ask questions or make requests. Even when I tried to remain positive by saying “Have a blessed day” he didn’t respond and shook it off. I know people have bad days but to spill on guests is not ok. It’s not my fault you chose the job working with people. I tried showing kindness despite his attitude and it still didn’t matter.

Hands down best hotel ever!
This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at! The breakfast was a huge buffet with everything you could want. It even have a chef there running an omelet bar! Will definitely visit again!

Loved it!!
Loved the hotel! Room was very clean! Snacks in the evening breakfast in the morning. Pool was great hot tub was hot! Loved it! Only complaint was the pullout sofa mattress was terrible. Even with extra blankets kids complained about the springs. Will remember to bring a mattress topper next time!

The room was very nice and roomy. The water pressure was good and plenty towels. The buffet breakfast food was cold on the steam table, the oatmeal was like glue and not warm enough to melt room temperature butter. There was a fruit fly on my fruit. Coffee at the buffet was awful and bitter

I have stayed in better places
Well the hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance. We needed deodorant and there was none in the market place. We got in late and needed to eat and were told the restaurant was closed early that day. Breakfast was not what I expected compared to other Embassy's I have stayed at. The egg cook was very awkward and I was not sure if we were irritating him there were long pauses after our order which he may have been trying to be funny but it just was not. The one saving grace was the beds were very comfortable. The location is not super easy access and there is not a lot around it for shopping and eating.
