My room was directly above the garage door and of course every time someone entered or left you could here the noise from the door. Surprising how many people come and go late at night. Paid for my room in full months ago. Upon check in I had to pay $300 deposit for ??? It took at least 10 minutes to check in. Desk clerk seemed confused, maybe his first day. Self serve coffee in the lobby, $2.00 per cup added to the room bill. No restaurant or breakfast bar. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Annette on the front desk rather surly. Being told to download an App inorder to access the room virtual key ( not informed of this in the booking process) was frustrating.
