Unfortunately when we booked the hotel we assumed it was reasonably close to the beach. However it was on the high end furthest point away we could get on PCH. Disappointed with location for what we wanted, not really a lot going on in the hotel and wifi just didnt work even though spent 30 mins on the phone with the IT dept. For us, it was a bad choice. Wont stay again as its too far from beach and quite a walk if you had kids.

The jetted tub was cracked on the inside very unsafe unsanitary terrible experience the hotel doesn’t smell all that great I would not recommend this hotel to any one it actually felt like a motel.

meh.
check in was not great. khalid first told us that we had no reservation. then after calling someone he found it. he assigned us a room and we went down to the parking garage to get our things where he had come down to find us and let us know he had to change the room. so we had to go back to the lobby with our belongings to get new keys for a different room. there’s a qr code in the room to order food or drinks but it didn’t work so i called the front desk but there was no answer. i went down to the front desk and was told they do not have room service and you have to get things from the lobby. the room was very much smaller than i expected. but the bed was really nice.
