. I’m very upset. Two days later. I called the hotel to check if I left my poetry book in my room or at the front desk reception In the beginning of my phone call she asked me about my name twice. I don’t know her name actually I ask her please. If you find my book please call me back to my friend phone She called after 45 minutes my friend answer. She was rude with him. And say Don’t give the phone to Mr. Hampton tell him we don’t find anything here!!!! he told me she was very rude in the Turkish language this is was very bad unprofessional to communicate with the customer like that other than that the whole thing was great. I hope this will be corrected
