El hotel es viejo y no esta mantenido. Lo unico bueno que tiene es la playa. El servicio es muy malo, en general todos los empleados no son agradables y te hablan mal. La comida es muy basica, en especial al mediodia no hay buffet, solo hamburguesas y algun sandwich. No esta incluido la limpieza, si la quieres te la cobran aparte. Si bien para los precios de la isla es barato, la verdad que no vale la pena quedarse allí.

We stayed five nights the Jolly Beach resort after spending three nights at the Royalton for a family wedding. Even though the Royalton is more of a “Luxury Resort”, we found Jolly Beach Resort to be more accommodating for our family. From the dining Options and extended hours, to the wonderful large beach, the excellent Pina colada in the cute cats roaming the property, with thoroughly enjoyed his resort and highly recommended for a relaxed, simple vacation.

I was rarely asked if I wanted anything to drink during my meals. One time, they served dinner in a tiny restaurant and we lined up a long time to get a chance to eat. It took 1.5 hours for someone to get me a towel. The bbq one night was delicious. The beach was stunning!

Great location, Jolly Beach, great for long walks, nature around it, staff at the resort working really hard, very friendly and helpful. Loved it. Ppl please when u complain keep in mind that you are in a island. There is shops, farmacy and restaurants steps from the resort. If you come for the sun, the sand, the hot weather and Caribbean experience, this is the place.

loved the property and the beach was amazing. Lots of areas to walk around and felt safe. The rooms are outdated but still comfortable and how much time do you spend in the rooms when you have such an amazing beach.

The property was a little dated but the staff and workers were very friendly. Everyone was very polite and inviting. The only negative thing that i would have to say is that there was alot of bugs in the bathroom and mosquitoes. The room was clean. They had a good variety of food but it just needs alittle more seasoning. Overall my experience was very good.

Property was a little dated, but we knew that ahead of time. Beach is beautiful. Staff was nice. Food was good. Tip: bring a refillable water bottle. You will not get bottled water on-site.

Property was okay, with a bit of landscaping and fixing up, the property has the potential of being an excellent resort. Some staff were great while others were not the least bit hospitable. The food was very good, the cocktails were very good, but the night time entertainment was nonexistent. The beaches were absolutely beautiful and the catamaran trip with snorkeling is a must! Overall a great trip. Would recommend as long as you aren’t expecting a 5 star resort.

Beach is 5 stars and hotel makes you feel like you’re at an B&B with friendly staff, it’s clean, safe and good food too. You might hear about entertainment lacking..:.that’s not the case at all and if you want to have fun in the evenings then you can join the entertainment and make it awesome. Wonderful hotel and surrounding area has some great bars with music too. Beach is like a dream.

The resort has the most beautiful beach we saw on the island. Food and drinks are fantastic! The staff was happy to accommodate anything you needed. Excellent value and good location .

Loved the beach and the swim up bar at the pool. My only complaint would be the lack of umbrellas around the pool deck. I would say only a third of the poolside loungers had them. The evening dining options are limited to a buffet that changes their theme daily and an Italian restaurant that you need to make reservations for the morning of the day you want to dine. Keep in mind that you can't book two nights in a row here. Our group of 4 ate here 1 night and everyone agreed the food was nothing special. Of course your experience may differ. The room we stayed in (3002) was dated but clean. Some things to be aware of are: 1- The electric outlets are 240 volt but there were two 110v outlets in our room. One nexy to the bed and another up on the wall where the TV is mounted. Bring a converter if you visiting from a country where 110 is the norm. 2- There are no elevators on the property so be prepared to climb the stairs if you're on one of the upper floors. 3- The rooms do not have refrigerators in them but I heard the resort will provide one for you at an additional cost of $10 US per day. 4- There is an ice bucket in your room but there are no ice machines on the property. If you want ice you must go to one of the bars and ask them to fill your bucket. After all is said and done we would come back because the price was right and we loved the beach.
