Not Clean
Check-in was smooth but that was about the only thing good about our stay. The outside of the hotel is very run down. The halls smelled badly of cigarettes and just a bad smell. The floor in our room hadn’t seen a mop or vacuum in a very long time. The floors of the bathroom were sticky so we had to wear shoes the entire stay. The bedding was stained and mattresses were filthy. Overall, the place needs a much more thorough cleaning.

The room smelled really musty and the phone didn’t work in our room. They were aware and never fixed it. Also customer service was really off , she continued to tell my husband if we smoke in the room we would be charged, we don’t Even smoke!! She acted as if she was going to try to charge no matter what. We also had people screaming across the hallway from us and it went on until about 3 am without no one fixing the issue

Do not recommend
Upon first glance it appeared to be a clean room, but there was an odor in the room. When you first entered, you could smell it, and once you left and came back in, you could smell it again. Not sure what it was, but almost like someone had smoked in it before combined with urine smell, not strong, just subtle smell. The floor had something on it, and I almost fell after sliding in it. Then the water in the shower did not come out very well. Then when I went to dry off with a towel one of the towels looked like someone had wiped their butt with it, and they tried to bleach it out with no luck. The beds were hard, and I had trouble sleeping. Tried going to bed around midnight, and I think I maybe got 2-3 hours of sleep. Just very uncomfortable. I am sure it is worth spending an extra 20 bucks across the road for a better experience. Also, what is it with them wanting to know the names of everyone in your party. I know there were just two of us, but truly none of their business.
As you can see, these streaks looked like someone had wiped their butts. There was one on opposite side of towel as well. They should have thrown this away, and not offered to put back in a room.

Had to stay during a very difficult time. The pool was a place to relax and unwind BUT it was never opened! Told it was because they don’t put the chemicals in at a proper time so it was only open the entire week one day from 6-8 pm. Horrible service! Don’t stay at this facility if you are looking to unwind!
