Touting itself as the only self-service hotel in town, the concept is a fail. First we were locked out of the building. They had sent us a code in Norwegian, and we didn’t realize what it was. When using self registration, we were billed for the night, even though we had prepaid via Expedia. We emailed the off site person and after 5 email exchanges we got some of the issues worked out. I will never use a self-service model again (this fact was not readily apparent on Expedia when booking). This really makes me appreciate all the hard working hotel staff at normal hotels.
