I did not get to check in the hotel upon arrival there where people sitting in the driveway I felt very unsafe for me and my family the property was not well lit and the seat or property did not seem cleanly at all. Property in serious need of help. Stairwell to second floor full of trash and smelled. Our Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. Bed linen had stains and cigarette burns, shower was filthy, bugs under mattress. Can’t believe this was a Ramada inn. Didn’t bother staying. I will say the front desk manager (behind bullet proof glass) was nice any returned our money.

I liked that I was treated fairly and not given resistance, but the beds were filthy, so were the towels, and tub, and toilet. I was shown a second room but it was in the same condition.

The upkeeping of the cleaning could be done with a little more effort. The room is spacious but cleanliness is important. It is however located next to food hubs and shopping malls. So thats the only good thing. The hotel is a little drive out of the city area.

This property is nothing like the pictures that are shown on its website. This place is literally trash, from the drive up, to the check-in, to the pool area, to go up the stairs to the rooms smelled like urine. The curtains had mold on it, the board that EMS pick up a patient on was laying down in the pool area and the rooms smell like straight up urine and cigarette smoke. This place is unsafe it’s not for family with children. It’s not for a vacation stay. The worst booking/decision I ever made.
