All I can say is the manager Carolina is phenomenal. I was here on my honeymoon and me and my husband had an amazing time, she took amazing care of us, and really made everything so special. The beaches, the jet skiing, the food, was all so amazing. If you want to splurge definitely do Marmalade in old San Juan and ski dining. Everything is so close and convenient to the hotel.
