Watch out for bedbugs!!

The pictures do not match the description of this location. My son slept on the pull out sofa bed the first night and woke up with 12 insect bites on one hand and 5 on the other. Later in the day we realized they had to be bed bug bites as 8 of them were in a straight line going up his hand and wrist. He was miserable all day. We packed everything up and checked out. I explained our issue with the owner and he, of course, argued with me that it was not bed bugs. Hotels.com further communicated with staff requesting a refund and no refund was issued. I then had to locate another hotel to complete our spring break vacation and pay for lodging a second time. Thankful he was the only one affected and we are not dealing with an infestation but very disappointed to say the least!

Love the layout of the rooms and the beds were clean and comfy but they were staining some of the doors and the fumes were terribly strong but the worst was the bathroom walls.. they were disgusting…no way they had been cleaned at all in a long time!

Not a good place for children. It needs a do over.

Very disappointed in the hotel. Not clean. Kids were asking to go home soon after they dot there. Bugs in the room cracks in the wall just made them very uncomfortable so they stayed only one night. I really really would like a refund for the second night.

Fatal! Servicio al cliente cero!!!

Fatal! Servicio al cliente cero! - nos sentamos cerca del lobby donde tienen mesas y nos dijeron que no podíamos estar ahí para no desordenar, entre otras cosas aunque era área común - para el desayuno terrible! A las 8:45 ya están recogiendo para que nadie se sirva más y casi que lo hacen a uno levantado!! 😑 porque se acaba a las 9am Para completar… Teníamos reserva de 3 días, sin embargo, Tuvimos que salir un día completo antes (a las 11am) por tormenta de nieve.. y la señora del front desk dijo que salimos a las 3 pm para no hacer reembolso de una noche. Le mintió a hoteles.com sobre la salida a pesar de las pruebas … Querían 48 horas de notificación .. totalmente imposible debido a la cantidad de días que estábamos y a que la tomernta venia.. No lo recomiendo

I was charged for something I didn’t even use and have another charge I did not authorize. Walls are thin. There was hair inside a folded “clean” towel. My door key stopped working 30 mins prior to checking out. Housekeeping came in the room before checkout I didn’t even hear her. My son told me she just opened the door. I’ve stayed once in the past no issue. But highly unlikely to return after this visit.

The bathroom toilet didn't flush toilet paper at all. The lobby bathroom was being serviced, too, so we had to use bathrooms outside the hotel
