Easy access for the motorway , handy for a stopover on the way south . The room is a bit tired but comfy enough with good A/C . The room is motel style with car outside front door and another door that leads to a terrace with a table and chairs out onto the garden and the pool. There is a pool bar and restaurant for dinner and breakfast .Dinner was reasonable with some tasty regional cooking. Breakfast usual buffet choices. On arrival the appearance is less than welcoming - untidy looking at best. Initial reception went well. Room was standard however the window blind had fallen off. Only one additional pillow was available - for two people staying in a double room? On reporting the room blind broken, despite being told "I'll come with you to look" I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, in Reception whilst other 'new arrivals' were dealt with. We were then just given a different room - obviously there were insufficient staff available in this instance which was unsatisfactory. The restaurant and bar area were very satisfactory as was the food provided for both dinner & breakfast. We have stayed several times at this hotel over the years but will be looking for a different one on our next visit as we pass through the area.
