Close to the water park
Booked to be close to the water park (not included in the room rate). Cleaning was not perfect, found dirt in the corners. Rooms are getting worn out.

Worst service, nice rooms
Nice rooms, terrible terrible service from the front desk. No hot water in the evening. The restaurant smelled like cheap chicken stock. The advertised features, like an indoor and outdoor pool didn't exist. When we asked about the nextdoor waterpark, we were told by one receptionist that it would be 15 euros and that it was open, 5 minutes later another receptionist told us it was closed, but would open the next day. When we went the next day, only the big pool was functioning, all slides, and whirlpools ect was out of order. I feel bad for all the parents who had promised their kids a trip to the water park... And none of the receptionists told us about everything being out of order.

Den korte udgave. Vil vi komme igen, Ja. Hotellet Vi har været på hotellet flere gange i forbindelse med besøg i Hansadom (sauna/badeland). Hotellet er fint til prisen og værelserne er fine. Morgenmaden er ok, savner dog omelet og noget mere spændende brød. Vi forlod dog ikke morgenmaden sulten. :-) Hansadom Det var første gang vi har været der i juleperioden og der var mange mennesker. Der var dog nogenlunde plads i saunaland.

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten und das Badezimmer ist hell, groß und renoviert. Die Zimmereinrichtung könnte etwas moderner sein….bei der Zimmergrösse wäre zB.ein größeres Doppelbett toll. Wir hatten jedoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, da es sehr ruhig im Zimmer war (gute Schallisolierung) .

Der HanseDom ist über einen direkten Zugang vom Hotel aus betretbar, Bademäntel gibt es vom Hotel. Gerade mit kleinem Kind ist das sehr praktisch und unkompliziert.

Det stod att hotellet hade pool med poolbar etc vilket gjorde att vi trots allt valde detta hotell istället för ngt mer centralt. Det visade sig att "poolen" var det anslutande badhuset som kostade 16eur för 2 timmar. Rummet var rymligt men varmare än döden och den stora som balkongen vi betalade extra för hade två obekväma plaststolar och ett litet runt bord. Gör er själva en tjänst och boka ett annat boende om inte allt annat är fullt.
