Wonderful little hotel
Front desk staff made the stay extra special! Thank you Mercedes and JV for your kind words and gesture! Room is a little small but more than what you need for a quick trip to the city. Nice cozy room.
We came to visit family. The room was cozy and very comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to transit and very walkable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast credit was plenty for an excellent continental breakfast.

Great, but no coffee before 7am
Loved my charming little room. I heard absolutely nothing at night which was amazing. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for all I wanted to do while I was in town. But I only did 4 overall stars because there was no coffee at all in the hotel before the bakery opened at 7:15. Crazy! I understand not wanting to miss out on business from the bakery, but if it’s not open yet, there should be an in-house option. I was also surprised there was no luggage rack in the bedroom. I had to put my suitcase on the chair which Id rather sit in. But other than that, it was a lovely stay and I’d come back.

Absolutely Amazing
I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s historic and beautiful, super comfortable and the location couldn’t be better! We were literally a 10 minute straight shot walk to Central Park. I will certainly be staying here again next time I’m in the city and I’ve told pretty much everyone I know about how amazing it is and suggested they stay here as well!

I've stayed here for business in the past and enjoyed the accommodations. I love the breakfast vouchers provided and the stay is exactly what is needed. On this trip, I was upgraded which was a lovely surprise but upon entering my room, it became clear that the space was not cleaned. The floor was filthy, like really dirty and the carpet was full of stains. There was also other questionable staining on the ceiling and bathroom, but the obvious floor filth was the most off-putting. My room on the 9th floor could use a good clean...ASAP.

NIce location; good food.
The hotel was fine, and staff were kind. We did have a bit of a wait for our room to be ready, and then we had to wait for towels. The location is great, the bakery and lounge were nice amenities. It would have been nice to have more flat surfaces in the room to put things on .
