We stayed at The Gantry Hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. A special mention goes to Tayyan at the front desk. He is the most welcoming, helpful and friendly man who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He has the best customer service I've ever had in the UK. Thank you so much! Also Edita at breakfast, who was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She really made our morning extra special and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic stay.
