Go somewhere else not worth it!
Extremely disappointed, definitely not worth the $500 per night. We arrived at 7pm The room was dirty floors were sticky and shower was clogged there are no excuses as to why the room was so dirty as we arrived after check in time which is 4pm. I expected more from this hotel as i have stayed in other locations. Maintenance had to fix the shower no-one came to clean the floors, we were not offered another room complete mess!

Staff amazing
The staff was amazing. Location was good and the shuttle to historic Key West was great. On the down side, it is clear this was a takeover hotel. Carpets need cleaning, mold in the cailk in shower. Party area is licated adjacent to our room with an open corridor and was so loud. Pool area and bar area are a hit.

Other than being an excellent place to stay, the only complaint we have is that there were all these little bugs running around the coffee maker counter. I have a question. Can you tell me what brand mattresses you use on your beds? It was very comfortable. Also what kind of linens? Thank you.

From the moment you walk in to check-in, you are made to feel welcome. A welcome beverage was provided to each guest. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The concierge, Hanley, assisted us tremendously with excursions. The room was spacious and clean. The only downfall is the absence of a closet. We enjoyed the happy hour and pool area. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely go back.
